Return Policy

Our return policy only applies to orders placed on shop.avon-protection.com. For items purchased through dealers, please contact them for their specific return policy.  
 
If you are not satisfied with your Avon Protection Systems product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.  ***Please note- Open box returns of masks and filters will not be accepted for sanitary reasons.*** 

How to submit a return/exchange: 

  • Email customersupport@avon-protection.com to request an RMA number. Include your order number and the name used for the purchase in your email. 
  • If you have met the return criteria listed above, you will be sent an Avon Protection Systems Return/Exchange Request Form with an RMA number assigned. Complete the form and follow the instructions under “Next Steps” on the form. 
  • ALL returns will require an RMA number. Avon Protection Systems is not responsible for ANY items returned without an RMA number and proper documentation. 

Additional return/exchange information: 

  • Please allow 10-15 business days from the time the item is received at Avon Protection Systems to process a refund. Timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.  We appreciate your patience. 
  • The return/exchange value is determined by the product amount listed on your sales receipt. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. 
  • Your refund will be in the form of your original method of payment. 
  • You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item unless the cause of the return was an error on Avon Protection System’s fault. We strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number from the shipping carrier when making your return. 
  • We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via shop.avon-protection.com.
