The Avon Protection product cannot be purchased until you acknowledge the following:

You will read and understand the user instructions supplied with this product.

Warning: Use of Avon Protection equipment, other than in compliance with the user instructions or use by personnel who are unqualified or untrained, is dangerous, and the user may be exposed to serious bodily injury or death.

If you have any questions concerning the safe operation of this product, please reference your user manual or reach out to customer service. There is a user instruction included in your product purchase. If the user instructions are not supplied to you, a copy can be obtained by contacting Avon Protection.

Avon Protection products are export controlled and are subject to export control laws. Product must not be exported or transported outside of the U.S. without approval from appropriate government authorities. See Export Control Policy and Restrictions.

I certify that I have read and acknowledge the above and will use the product only in accordance with the user instructions.

As the purchaser of these items, I acknowledge and warrant that (a) I am a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or a protected individual as defined by U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) (b) I am not on any export control or economic sanctions lists, including those subject to the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and Office of Foreign Asset Control Regulations (“OFAC”), or any other export exclusion list of any other U.S. or non-U.S. governmental agency; (c) these items are export controlled by the U.S. Government and may not be exported, sold, transferred, transported or shipped outside of the U.S., either in the original form or after being incorporated into other systems without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government or as authorized by U.S. law and regulations.

If I choose to export any products of Avon Protection Systems, I will be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. See Export Control Policy and Restrictions.

The FM50 and GPCF50 products are subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) XIV (f)(4).
