Shipping Policy

HOURS OF OPERATION

Avon Protection (UK) operating hours are Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 (GMT). Avon Protection in the UK serves the following locations: UK, Ireland and Australia.

Avon Protection Systems (USA) operating hours are Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 (EST). Avon Protection Systems serves the following locations: USA and Canada.

Both locations are closed on weekends and major holidays.

SHIPPING / PROCESSING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders received during our operating hours Monday to Friday by 3 p.m. EST will be processed within 24 hours and will in most cases ship within two business days of order acceptance. Orders received outside of these hours will be processed within the next two business days, and items will in most cases ship within three business days after being processed and accepted. Extended lead times may exist for some products and are indicated on the specific product page when applicable. All orders are subject to product availability and to our terms and conditions of sale. We will communicate with customers via email where orders cannot be fulfilled in our usual instruction (usual instruction outlined above).

Please Note: If your order was placed during one of Avon Protection’s online promotional events, increased volumes of sales may impact our ability to process and ship orders within these promotional periods.  Should your order be impacted, we will do our best to fulfill this as timely as possible. DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Currently, we do not offer same-day shipping. All orders, regardless of shipping method, will in most cases ship within two to three business days after being processed and accepted and will then follow the shipping method you select at check out. We will communicate any updates on your order via email.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates vary depending on geographic location and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be reflected in your order summary when you check out.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

No. 

DO YOU SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS?
No. Some of our products are export controlled, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders; this is to ensure that our products are not exported incorrectly or without prior authorization. Avon Protection’s products are controlled by the UK and/or U.S. Governments and are only authorized for export to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized consignee or end-user(s) either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the UK and/or U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by UK and or U.S. law and regulations.

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?
We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, the United States of America and Canada.
