Avon Protection Systems hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
SHIPPING / PROCESSING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The majority of orders received Monday through Friday by 3 p.m. EST will be processed the same day and will ship within two business days. Orders received after 3 p.m. EST, on weekends or on holidays will be processed within the next two business days, and items will ship within three business days after being processed.
Extended lead times may exist for some products and are indicated on the specific product page when applicable. All orders are subject to product availability.
*Please Note- If your order was placed during one of Avon Protection System’s online sales, increased volumes may impact our ability to process and ship orders within the aforementioned times. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?
Currently, Avon Protection Systems does not offer same day shipping. All orders, regardless of shipping method, will ship within two to three business days after being processed and will then follow the shipping method selected by the customer.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates vary depending on geographic location and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be reflected in your order summary when you check out.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES? No DO YOU SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS?
No. Because some of our products are export controlled, we cannot ship to freight forwarders in order to ensure that our products are not exported without prior authorization. Avon Protection Systems products are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized consignee or end-user(s) either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?
No. We ship to addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States.
