MILCF50
Avon Protection's MILCF50 protects against CBRN, chemical and biological warfare agents plus a wide range of TICs and TIMs. Its conformal low profile reduces the risk of snagging, improved wearer comfort and mobility.
It is operationally reliable in harsh environments without degradation, including extreme temperatures, high humidity, heavy rain, salt breeze, and wind‑driven sand and dust. But it doesn't just stop at the filter design, the packaging for MILCF50 has been engineered for easy stackable storing.
This filter has a RD40 x 1/7 threadform compliant with international standards EN 148-1, and AEP-4155.
The unique white-to-blue humidity indicator helps identify a compromised canister. This clear visual warning highlights the filter must be discarded.

Warnings and Limitations
- Does not provide oxygen. Do not use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres
- Actual service life depends on the hazard and must be established through risk assessment
- The protection time is indicated for standard laboratory test conditions - these do not necessarily relate to actual use times
- Actual use times must be verified on the basis of a risk assessment of the likely hazards present in the intended use area
- The performance of the canister is dependent upon the actual concentration encountered
Export Control Information
- The U.S. Government has certain controls over the MILCF50 and prohibits the exporting, selling, transferring, transporting, or shipping of the product outside the U.S. without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government, or as authorized by U.S. law and regulations. This restriction applies whether the product is in its original form or has been incorporated into other items. This product is subject to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) with a classification of 1A004.
